1. Complete the mandatory 40-hour training and get a TCN.
2. Use the TCN to book and pass the Ministry Exam with at least 63%.
3. Submit all paperwork and the application form to the Ministry.
4. Receive the digital license within 3 days and the physical license in the mail within 2 weeks.
